Nice to know that at the click of a button a bureaucrat in Pennsylvania can find someone's else's property in New York.
It's Snopes. Even with all that stuff, it might end up "debunked" on Snopes.
DeleteThe office, the date, and the government worker involved are all known to me personally, but have been withheld for reasons of confidentiality. Likewise the paraphrasing. Such calls are not unusual.
