Dear Readers,
Dad's final (? maybe?) work is now available at Amazon, B&N, and many other fine retailers. I compiled a list a few posts back - here it is.

Hi All The National Space Society reviewed Dad's last work, In the Belly of the Whale. Take a read here , and don't forget you can ...
I only just discovered your Dad this month! I read _Nexus_ in Gardner Dozois' 35th, absolutely loved it to bits, determined to follow up on this "new guy", then stumbled across this blog only to find that he has already graduated and moved on to the next grade!
ReplyDeleteSo, until I graduate too, I'll have to be satisfied with the works he did while in this layer. It feels appropriate to look next to _January Dancer_....
Cheers and Bes Wishes!
Dave

Having recently finished reading THE BELLY OF THE WHALE, I encourage all Flynn fans to purchase a copy, both to enjoy his final work and offer support to his family. What is man, and what is human society? Does being in a futuristic setting - an asteroid derived generational ship - change human nature, or does human nature assert itself no matter what the setting? Read this book to find Mr Flynn's thoughts.
ReplyDeleteMany thanks for these continued updates and publications. I have had occasion many times over the last ten years to point people in the direction of The Great Ptolemaic Smackdown. You father's legacy lives on and continues to inspire!
