This is really crappy:
EPA Employees Told to Stop Pooping in the Hallway

TOF has been told first hand of similar behaviors in government offices at the county level. It probably happens elsewhere, and is seriously disturbing.

  1. I remember reading somewhere that one of the King Louises of France removed all the chamber pots from the palace in order to humiliate the nobles he had forcibly gathered there - they had to relieve themselves in the back hallways.

This is perhaps the a of upside-down mirror of that? Sort of showing 'em who's boss after the manner of dogs?

  2. They are clearly our intellectual and moral betters at the EPA, the only ones fit to dictate to us all how to maintain a clean environment.

Whoa, What's This?
